Provable settlement control for global finance

Nothing moves unproven.

Frame runs inside your walls, on your keys, and holds nothing. Nothing moves unless the check passes. Every pass carries a receipt anyone can verify offline, without contacting Frame.

1.0 Two ways to run Frame

Frame runs two ways.

Pick the one that matches how you move money.

Door one · For banks

Settle on your own books. Prove it to anyone.

Your ledger stays the system of record. Your platforms call Frame at the release step: pass, and your own system moves the money; fail, nothing moves. Only the decision and its proof cross a boundary; the data behind it stays home. Every settlement produces a receipt an auditor, a counterparty, or a regulator can verify offline against a key they pinned. No network to join. Nothing installed at any other bank.

Frame for banks arrow_forward
Door two · For corporates and payment teams

One API. Your rules enforced before money moves.

Frame drives the flow for you. It screens, routes, and settles across fiat rails, stablecoins, and tokenised deposits through one integration, under keys and limits you set. Your team approves in the systems they already use. Every settlement returns a proof your auditors can check without us.

2.0 Problem

The global payments system is broken by design.

Correspondent banking was built for paper ledgers and daily batch settlement. The alternatives that followed made money faster without making compliance part of the move.

Neither was built for institutions that need to move money at the speed of software, with the auditability of a bank. FRAME was built from different assumptions.

3.0 Interoperability

Cross-bank without a network.

A tokenised deposit is a claim on one bank. It cannot leave that bank's balance sheet; that is what a deposit is. So every interoperability network asks you to settle on someone else's ledger instead. Frame does not. Each institution settles on its own books, and what crosses the boundary is a decision and its proof: never your data, never a shared ledger. Stablecoin to fiat, fiat to a tokenised deposit; both legs settle or neither does. The other side installs nothing.

4.0 The difference

Every other system treats compliance as a step beside the payment: screen, then send, then reconcile. Frame makes the compliance check part of the settlement itself. If the proof is missing, invalid, or expired, the transaction does not get flagged. It reverts.

01

Enforced at settlement

The proof and the movement are atomic. There is no gap between the decision and the execution, and nothing to reconcile after the fact.

lock
02

Sovereign to you

Your policies run inside your own hardware-isolated enclave, encrypted with your own key. Frame sees the signed decision, never the rules behind it.

03

Independently verifiable

Every settlement produces a proof anyone can verify offline, decades later, without contacting Frame.

Frame sits in the middle, between your systems and every rail your money touches.

What Frame is not. Frame is not a settlement network you join. There is no membership, no shared ledger holding your money, and no cold-start problem: Frame connects the venues and rails you already use, and proves what happens across them.

5.1 The platform

One stack.
Every capability.

Programmable settlement, connectivity and compliance. The settlement value chain, delivered as one programmable platform.

Every capability, in one platform
01 · Settlement

Move money

Split, route and settle a payment across any rail, by policy.

Programmable Settlement

Split and route one payment across rails by policy: part on Fedwire, part on-chain.

Cross-chain Settlement

Atomic transfers across EVM and non-EVM chains.

Atomic DvP & PvP

Delivery- and payment-versus-payment for tokenised assets.

Batch Settlement

Bulk settlement for high-volume operations.

One payment · any mix of rails
02 · Connectivity

Reach every rail

Fiat rails, stablecoins and tokenised deposits, through one integration.

Protocol Networks

Multi-protocol connectivity across EVM and non-EVM networks, extensible.

Stablecoins

USDC, EURC and major bank-backed tokens.

Fiat Rails

Fedwire, SWIFT, ACH, RTP and FedNow.

One integration · every rail
03 · Compliance

Prove every transaction

Compliance enforced in settlement, with evidence built in.

Policy Engine

Your rules, evaluated in a trusted execution environment. Frame enforces the policies you define.

Sanctions & AML

Attestation-gated screening at settlement: sanctions, PEPs and KYB.

Audit & Replay

BLAKE3 Merkle chain, on-chain anchor, deterministic replay.

6.0 Under the hood

Five checks. One
atomic decision.

Pre-settlement screening is designed to run concurrently in under a millisecond. Behavioural risk is scored, a decision is signed, and the transaction settles, or reverts. Designed to approve in under sixty seconds, end to end.
